Finally I bought custom domain and replace my blogspot.com domain with custom domain.

  You need to resubmit the custom domain for getting approval again from AdSense after shifting from blogspot.com domain. Now I got approval for 2 domains blogspot.com domain was there along with custom domain. I keep the custom domain for one year then didn't renew that and returned to blogspot.com domain.
     In 2020 I deleted my this blog accidently. But my blogspot.com domain retained approved in AdSense. Then I create my new blog on blogger with the same name (androchetan.blogspot.com). This time My blog was already approved as my blogspot.com domain retained approved in AdSense.
